This website offers calculators that run in your browser. Using a calculator does not require contact details and does not submit your inputs to an outside service.

If you choose to submit a buyer, seller or contact request, the data you provide (your name, email, optional phone number, request details, calculator estimates automatically attached to your calculator inquiry and referral attribution) is submitted to Netlify Forms for processing. Your information is used to respond to your request. No form submission is deliberately sent to the Chris Facello Group's or Carolina One Real Estate's Follow Up Boss account.

The Charleston Home Concierge form offers a planning preview and sets a basic response priority using the timeline you select. A draft follow-up is generated locally in your browser from generic request details and stored with your submission for staff review. This form does not send contact information to an external AI provider, and does not automatically send emails or texts.

Your contact details are used to answer your request, not to enroll you automatically in unrelated marketing. Netlify processes and stores submissions according to its service terms, and site administrators with access to that Netlify account may view submitted information. Do not submit financial account identifiers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal data.

To request access to or deletion of an inquiry, use the contact form, select “Privacy / Data Request,” and describe your request.
